No, you grosso's I'm not posting a picture of my husband's 'unit' (I don't want to cause any jealousy). I am queen of starting a project and not finishing it. Anyways, I bought all the materials needed for this jewelry board BEFORE Cole was born and he's only 3 months old now . . . I'd say not too shabby considering I have a pair of scrubs that I started making right after I graduated from nursing school over 7 years ago! Jason helped me finally finish it while he was home on Labor Day and here's how it turned out:
I LOVE that I can see all of my jewelry at once. It was just in a pile on my bathroom counter prior to 2 days ago. (Secretly I think this is why Jason was so willing to help me with the project . . . the clean freak!)
We also spent our day off spending some 'quality' time with the kids. The plan was to go to the Main Street Splash Pad and then head over to Blue Bunny for some ice cream. It started out OK . . .

This was Alex the entire time. I couldn't get him to hold still long enough to get a good picture.
What happened? Well, Rachel kept drinking the water (doesn't that water look so appetizing?), and Alex pretended to punch every person that walked past him - buttheads! So, we ditched the Blue Bunny idea, drove around for a while, and then did what Jason and I wanted to do. We went and got this:

OK is that to the tune of "fruit salad- yummy yummy" by The Wiggles? And it looks sooooo good. I think it is histerical that Alex was pretending to punch people that walked by, was he calling them buttheads too? Anywho- looks like you had some Quality time with a capital Q.

So I'm sitting here wasting a whole lot of time just blog surfing going from one to another and I found you! I just LOVE the kid's pictures. They are SO good. How will you ever replace those next year?

Wow! I am way behind on your blog! I had to go and read the last 5 I think! Nice Jewlery board! I need something like that because my stuff just sits in the jewlery box and I have a few things on top of it that I wear over and over. Seriously, can I be invited? First of all, disgusting water, yuck. Second, what the Wiggles? Okay, you do not have any children that should be watching the Wiggles, so I know you sit in front of the TV just to watch Jeff. He is so scrumptious. Third, I miss you.
