But this time I'm excited about it! I am getting my pins out tomorrow and my poor E.F. will hopefully be gone for good. I was told last week when I saw my podiatrist that one of my pins was coming out on it's own and was "snagging" my tendon (his word). Yuck! No wonder it hurts and wants to be all fat and ugly!
Here's my thing though, both times I had to have surgery I asked Jason if I said anything funny and he said no. That perplexes me because everyone says funny things when they're drugged. I came to the conclusion that it's because he wasn't trying to pull information out of me. So if you can think of anything you want him to ask me, leave a comment. I'll let you all know how things go.

The last time I had surgery it was up at LDS and I knew 2 people (an RN and an orderly) who worked in the pacu. I remember NOTHING until they asked the orderly to transfer me to recovery. The RN said "will you take Mrs. Wood to recovery? Evidently you know dated her friend." WHAT? That was true but how did they know that? I finally realized when I got home that I must have told them that- so I asked my RN friend to find out if I talked after surgery. She went and asked the RN who took care of me if I talked alot. Her words..."that friend of yours is a GRADE A CHATTERBOX"!!!
Nancy, good luck you are hillarous! I miss ya!
Farewell E.F.! And I'm thinking....
Good luck on surgery and best wishes for a quick recovery!
Hope your surgery went well. . . You'll have to blog us an update on the foot progress.
Bye E.F. "good times".
