Aaaaahhhhh . . . a quiet house

(WARNING: IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I'VE HAD A NEW POST, IT'S A LONG ONE!)

Alex and Jason are off 4-wheeling today, and wow, our house is so quiet. It's amazing how much noise can come out of one little boy!

Rachie and I have had a fun girl's day, we went shopping! First we went to get little baby no-name an outfit to wear home from the hospital, then we went and bought me some new maternity jeans. Then we stopped and got a drink and headed over to T.J. Maxx. There I got myself a new pair of sunglasses and a cute shirt that will fit me right now, on clearance for $3! Wow, that's right, I said $3! Love that T.J. Maxx! Finally, we stopped at the local Santa Clara City Library and got me a new book to read and Rachel a movie (babie something).

It's the small things in life that bring me joy. While driving home, I had my window down, Natasha Bedingfield playing, and a Diet Coke to sip on. I looked up and the temp in my car said 61 degrees. What a great day!

Our Valentines day this year was a bit of a bummer. Split Rock (Jason's work) has 2 houses in the Parade of Homes this year, which started yesterday (the day after Valentines day). Of course things weren't ready the day before, so Jason was stuck there all day cleaning up at one of the houses. He didn't come home until 7:15, we hurried and ate McDonalds (which is becoming a tradition every Valentines day because my Grandma and Grandpa always give us gift certificates to McDonalds as a Valentines gift), and then scurried on over to Jason's parent's house for "dessert". Definately not my idea of a romantic evening spent with the in-laws! Oh well . . .

Speaking of baby no-name, Jason and I are having a hard time coming up with a name that we both agree on (mostly because he can't be serious about it). There is a name that we considered when I was pregnant with Alex. I still really like it but it was kinda ruined because I know of a little boy with this same name that is not very cute and kinda nerdy. He has since moved away, but I am not sure if I can look past it. Anyway, it keeps coming back to me. Over and over again I it will pop into my head. So, I want everyone's HONEST opinion. If it isn't that cute tell me, I promise, it won't hurt my feelings. Jason hasn't said yes to it but he hasn't said no either. Okay, the name is Cole. No middle name yet. Tell me what you think, and remember, BE HONEST.

I like it - for real. It's a cute name. Boys names are just hard. They are either good, or bad, but never great. At least that's how I feel. But I really do like that name.

I'm so jealous about that window rolled down and 61 degrees :(
I'm coming - - as soon as Lucy is done nursing I'm coming!

Was that my CD I made you that you were listening too? If so you are really cool and we are best friends.

I think Cole is a cute name. Hey, I thought of Ashton and then you had to open your cute big mouth and remind me of someone... Well that is ok cause I can't see my Ashton as any other name. Why are you buying jeans? You should be buying maternity capris! Hello! 61 in February? By March it will totally be capri weather! Miss you tonz!

Cole, I love it. Very cute. Who cares about the not so cute nerdy kid. If you name him, he will become his name. All other thoughts will dissapear, I think its a good one. I wanna come visit too, mabey we can do St.George for Spring Break again like old times, cruise the blvd.
