I have been nesting now for a few days and it's a new experience for me. I think that with my other 2 pregnancies I never nested because I was just too darned tired. With Alex I worked full time, 3 - 12 hour night shifts a week, even past my due date. With Rachel I was working 2 - 12 hour night shifts a week. Now that I only work 1 - 12 hour night shift a week I actually feel normal most of the time.
I wake up in the morning and get moving and don't sit down until bedtime. Crazy! I don't normally have this much energy, even when I'm not pregnant. My house is getting so organized, the laundry is actually folded, the kids rooms are clean. The sad thing is, my poor little feet and ankles have turned into cankles. And my back aches really bad by the end of the day. I know I should stop, put my feet up, and read a good book . . . but I can't. It's soooooooo strange.
I can't believe that I will be having this baby in less than a month! For those of you who don't know, we are shooting for sometime between May 27th and May 29th. My doctor is leaving to go out of town on the 31st, so it has to be before then.
Well, I'd better get back to the cleaning and organizing!

You nut case, settle down! I wish so bad I could be there to help you clean and nest. I love to organize and I love nesting! I did with all my kids. But most of all I love you and I want to see you and help my little preggy friend. As I write I'm trying to figure out a way to get down there...
When are you going to come over and nest at my house?
Um, you are aiming for between May 27th and 29th? I am thinking that he will be coming a little sooner. With all of the cleaning and running around you are doing, not to mention,the contractions you are having all night long. Uh hello? I think you should at least be prepared just in case he decides to come a little early!
I think May 27th is a great day. I also think that my blood pressure is rising just thinking about your cankles and potential pih. I wish I were there this time. I think I am going to cry, and go crazy, not knowing what is happening. I better get hour by hour text updates. You better have a damn good nurse, oh wait, nothing can be better than your sad, crying bff. Stay off your feet or I will have to come down there and start something.
I wish I went through that nesting stage. I love to clean but It was never different from what I normally am. I can't wait for the little newby!!! Love you.
