I just busted myself doing a truly ghetto thing. First, let me explain. I prefer my Diet Coke at full strength. I'd rather have it be a little warm than watered down. For this reason, I usually buy cans and drink straight out of the can. There is something about pouring it into a glass that screams ICE! Well, when my friends came in town I bought a few 2 liters but we hardly drank any of it. This morning I was craving my DOC (drink of choice) and went to the fridge and all I had was a 2-liter. There was about 1/3 of the bottle left and I figured I'd drink the rest of it today anyways, so I pulled it out and started drinking it straight from the bottle. I remember when I was little, my mom busted me doing this same thing and told me it wasn't "classy" . . . whatever. So, I'm going about my day and I decide it's time to put my make-up on and do my hair. I haul the 2-liter into the bathroom with me. It wasn't until I saw myself in the mirror chugging from the 2-liter that I realized how ridiculous it looks! I was actually a little embarrassed for myself.

I can picture it now...It's okay to be a little WT at times...my husband does that all the time:) P.s our mom said the same thing about drinking out of the bottle. I do it anyway!

So, at work the other night and someone says, "No offense anyone, but I wish that Nanci was here tonight." To which I say, "Why is that?" Someone says, "Oh, she's just so funny." The rest of us are apparently chopped liver. Good to know.
I had my Dr. App yesterday. we saw the baby's heartbeat. I said "There's just 1 right?" he said he could only see 1, but in most cases it would be too soon to tell. So just wanted to give ya the update. I'm not having twins- I've already decided!!!
