Cami, Lindsay, Jamie, and Jessica all came down to St. George last weekend to visit and have a girl's getaway. It was soooooo much fun to see them and have some good old fashioned girl time. The weekend was filled with shopping, eating, funny stories, funny computer sites, eating, and a little more shopping. We got to get a good look at Jamie's TWINS (at least I thought it looked like twins, but she's in denial . . . right Jamie?), but I seriously can't believe that I didn't pull the camera out ONCE during the entire weekend! What was I thinking? I didn't see anyone else taking pictures either. As Alex would say, "What the . . . " I love my BFF's. We've been friends since 9th grade, which means I've known them for more than half my life. I don't know what I would do without them. They love me despite my weaknesses, and that is priceless! Thanks for the great weekend!
Here is the requested chicken recipe that I made Thursday night:
4 boneless chicken breasts (or whatever will fit in your pan, I think I did 7)
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
shredded cheddar cheese
crumbled bacon
green onions
Mix the teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing together. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish sprayed with pam and pour mixture over the top of the chicken. Then top with bacon, green onions, and shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink. Enjoy . . . easy and YUMMY!
By the way, I got this recipe from This Mama Cooks blog. It's one of my favorites!

Thanks for the recipe, but most of all, thanks for the fun weekend. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I just want you to move here really bad. Talk to you soon. Love you!
If by "TWINS" you mean what I hope you mean then I'm gonna need to hear about this story. Also a pic post of this activity would be nice to see too.
I'm not having twins!!! If I actually am, then I'm blaming you. Thanks for an awesome weekend, I wish I wasn't so tired but what are you gonna do? I can't wait to make the chicken recipe!
I hope Jamie is having twins! We had such a blast! You and your mom are the best for all of your wonderful hospitality! We need to make this a tradition, except next time bring more BFF's down (i.e. Jorae) I had my camera with me the whole time, did I bring it out once? Uh no! We were just having too much fun to worry about taking pics! Thanks for the YUMMY recipie! I am SO gonna make it for my fam this week!
